Architect – Draftsman

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Architect – Draftsman based in Indore.

The role involves preparing architectural drawings, layout plans, and working drawings for real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for translating design concepts into detailed technical drawings and ensuring coordination between design and execution teams.

The role also requires close coordination with external architects and consultants for plans, renders, and design documentation, ensuring that drawings align with project requirements, timelines, and technical standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural layouts, working drawings, and drafting documentation

• Translate design concepts into precise technical drawings

• Coordinate with architects and consultants for plans, renders, and design updates

• Support project teams with drawing revisions and technical clarifications

• Ensure drawings comply with project requirements and industry standards

• Maintain accuracy, detailing, and documentation control

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in architectural drafting or real estate projects

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and drafting tools

• Ability to interpret architectural and layout plans accurately

• Strong coordination and communication skills

• Attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines

– Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field is preferred.
