DGM/GM – Construction

Role Description

We are seeking a seasoned DGM/GM – Construction to provide strategic leadership and technical oversight for our township and commercial projects in Indore. This is a full-time, on-site leadership role responsible for the end-to-end execution of our most ambitious projects, ensuring they are delivered within budget, on time, and to the highest engineering standards. The role demands an expert understanding of large-scale infrastructure and high-rise construction. The ideal candidate will provide mentorship to the engineering team and maintain absolute control over project quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of integrated township and commercial projects
2. Manage project budgets, cash flows, and resource allocation across multiple sites
3. Oversee the Senior Project Engineer to ensure infrastructure works meet PM Group standards
4. Finalize contractor appointments, negotiate terms, and manage vendor performance
5. Ensure 100% compliance with RERA, local building bylaws, and safety regulations
6. Conduct high-level technical reviews of structural designs and infrastructure layouts
7. Implement cost-control measures and value engineering to optimize project ROI
8. Provide strategic reporting to the Directors on project milestones and risk mitigation

Qualifications & Requirements

1. BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering (M.Tech or MBA in Project Management preferred)
2. 15+ years of experience in real estate construction management
3. Mandatory experience in large-scale Township Development and infrastructure
4. Strong expertise in project management software (MSP, Primavera, or similar)
5. Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills
6. Proven ability to handle multiple large-scale project sites simultaneously
7. Deep knowledge of the legal and regulatory framework of real estate in Madhya Pradesh
