Front Desk Executive
Role Description
We are seeking a professional and welcoming Front Desk Executive to be the face of PM Group at our corporate office in Indore. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for creating a prestigious first impression for clients visiting for projects like The Rise and PM Uplands. The role demands exceptional grooming, a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to manage front-office operations with high efficiency. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless guest management and provide vital administrative support to the sales and CRM teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors with a professional and positive demeanor
- Manage the EPABX system, directing calls to the appropriate departments
- Maintain a pristine and organized reception and lobby area
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing couriers, mail, and official documentation
- Assist the sales team by managing visitor logs and initial lead entry
- Schedule and coordinate appointments for site visits and director-level meetings
- Ensure all visitor inquiries are handled or escalated with extreme diplomacy
- Provide general administrative and back-office support as required
Qualifications & Requirements
- Graduate in any stream
- Minimum 2 years of experience in front office or guest relations
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (English and Hindi)
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
- Strong multitasking abilities with a focus on hospitality
- Professional appearance and a polite, helpful personality
- Prior experience in the Real Estate or Hospitality industry is preferred
