This is a full-time on-site role for the General Manager – Sales & Marketing located in Indore. The role involves overseeing and driving sales and marketing strategies to achieve business goals. The GM will also provide leadership in customer service delivery, foster team collaboration, and maintain professional client relationships, ensuring organizational and operational excellence.

Proven project launch experience
Strong broker/channel partner network
Experience in plotted / residential sales
Ability to build performance-driven sales systems
