Sales & Marketing Executive
Role Description
We are seeking a high-energy Sales & Marketing Executive to drive the sales of our premium residential plots and commercial spaces in Indore. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on lead conversion and relationship management for projects such as PM Uplands. The role demands a proactive approach to sales, strong networking capabilities, and the ability to articulate the PM Group legacy to high-net-worth individuals. The ideal candidate will be a closer who thrives in a target-driven environment while maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct professional site visits and deliver compelling project presentations
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to final booking
- Build and nurture relationships with HNIs, corporate clients, and investors
- Follow up rigorously on marketing-generated leads to ensure high conversion rates
- Assist in the execution of ground-level marketing and branding activities
- Maintain updated records of all client interactions in the CRM system
- Research market trends and competitor activity in the Indore real estate sector
- Coordinate with the CRM team for smooth post-sales documentation and collections
Qualifications & Requirements
- MBA (Sales & Marketing)
- 3–4 years of experience specifically in the Real Estate industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in residential or commercial sectors
- Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative marketing team
- Deep understanding of the Indore property market and bypass-area developments
- Valid driving license and vehicle for frequent site visits
