Sales & Marketing Executive

Role Description

We are seeking a high-energy Sales & Marketing Executive to drive the sales of our premium residential plots and commercial spaces in Indore. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on lead conversion and relationship management for projects such as PM Uplands. The role demands a proactive approach to sales, strong networking capabilities, and the ability to articulate the PM Group legacy to high-net-worth individuals. The ideal candidate will be a closer who thrives in a target-driven environment while maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Conduct professional site visits and deliver compelling project presentations
  2. Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to final booking
  3. Build and nurture relationships with HNIs, corporate clients, and investors
  4. Follow up rigorously on marketing-generated leads to ensure high conversion rates
  5. Assist in the execution of ground-level marketing and branding activities
  6. Maintain updated records of all client interactions in the CRM system
  7. Research market trends and competitor activity in the Indore real estate sector
  8. Coordinate with the CRM team for smooth post-sales documentation and collections

Qualifications & Requirements

  1. MBA (Sales & Marketing)
  2. 3–4 years of experience specifically in the Real Estate industry
  3. Proven track record of achieving sales targets in residential or commercial sectors
  4. Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and closing skills
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative marketing team
  6. Deep understanding of the Indore property market and bypass-area developments
  7. Valid driving license and vehicle for frequent site visits
