Senior Project Engineer – Construction

Role Description

We are seeking a Senior Project Engineer to lead on-site execution of our colony and infrastructure development projects in Indore.

This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for supervising and executing infrastructure works including roads, drainage systems, utilities, and overall layout development. The role demands strong technical expertise, execution discipline, and daily site ownership.

The ideal candidate will ensure project timelines, quality standards, contractor coordination, and cost control are maintained efficiently while reporting to the GM – Construction.

Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee day-to-day site execution of colony development projects
2. Supervise infrastructure works (roads, stormwater drainage, sewer lines, utilities)
3. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants
4. Verify measurements, billing, and work progress
5. Ensure adherence to drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications
6. Monitor project timelines and maintain quality standards
7. Prepare daily and weekly progress reports
8. Identify and resolve on-site technical issues proactively

Qualifications & Requirements

1. 7+ years of experience in real estate construction
2. Mandatory experience in colony / plotted development projects
3. Strong knowledge of infrastructure execution (roads, drainage, utilities)
4. Experience in site supervision, billing, and contractor management
5. Ability to interpret layout and infrastructure drawings
6. Strong problem-solving and execution-focused mindset
7. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (preferred)
